Shareholder/ Investors Grievances Committee

Mr. Jaikishan Gupta [Chairman of the Committee] Mr. Naveen Gupta [Member] The Board of Directors of the Company has constituted a Shareholders’ and Investors’ Grievance Committee. Presently, the Shareholders and Investors Grievance Committee comprises of two directors namely, Shri Jaikishan Gupta, Chairman of the Committee and Shri Naveen Gupta. The Committee, inter alia, approves issue of duplicate certificates and oversees and reviews all matters connected with the securities transfers. The Committee also redresses shareholders’ complaints like transfer of shares, non-receipts of balance sheet, non-receipt of declared dividends etc. The Committee overseas the performance of the Register and Transfer Agents and recommends measures for overall improvement in the quality of investor services. The Company Secretary acts as Secretary to the Committee.
